Our apps are designed to complement tourists' experience by providing triggered multimedia content to "tell the story ". Sales Account Executive Position Description The Sales Account Representative will be responsible for building sales of the various GPS tour technology and Smartphone app systems we offer. This will be a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves position. You will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for the company. This product requires a consultative sales person who can think creatively, feels comfortable selling a big ticket technology solution and has a strong interest in learning on a daily basis. If you are up for the challenge, you will have a great opportunity to "show your stuff". Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: Preferred 4-6 years of past inside or outside sales experience with strong preference towards candidates who have a travel and interpretation background. An added plus would be some understanding of electronic tools for interpretation. Some understanding or work experience at venues such as theme parks, state and national parks, zoos or cruise ship ports is a big plus. Travel: Up to 25% travel to wonderful tourism-related locations may be required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Location: BarZ is located in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will reside in the Central Texas area and will be expected to work in our corporate headquarters. No relocation expenses will be paid. The position could require up to 25% travel to wonderful tourism related locations! Salary/Benefits: BarZ will offer an aggressive compensation program that includes base plus an uncapped commission compensation plan. Full-time employees will be eligible for benefits under the BarZ Adventures benefit plan, including a stock option plan. Inside Sales Representative Position Description: The Inside Sales position will be responsible for building sales of the Smartphone app services we offer. This will be a hands-on, "roll-up your sleeves" position. You will be responsible for helping to drive the sales process and supporting the team to close business. You will be expected to make a large volume of outbound phone calls to help generate interest in our product and explain our services to prospective customers with the goal of setting up follow-up meetings for our sales staff. Tracking sales and updating contact information will be required through our SalesForce.com Customer Relationship Management software. Some research, data entry and other miscellaneous sales/marketing projects may also be assigned from time to time. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or current degree-seeking student). Experience: We prefer previous inside sales experience with preference towards candidates who have a travel and attraction-based background. Experience with SalesForce.com or other CRM software is preferred but not required. More so than experience, we are interested in finding someone who is hardworking, interested in sales and comfortable on the phone. Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

No relocation expenses will be paid. Salary/Benefits: Compensation will be commesurate with experience and will be a combination of salary and commission-based pay. Full-time employees will be eligible for benefits under the BarZ Adventures benefit plan Hours: This is a full-time position that includes a base plus commission for meetings booked. We will also consider a part-time position depending on the qualified candidate(s) we find and their available hours. Schedule is flexible.
