What is The GPS Ranger™?

The GPS Ranger™ is a handheld GPS (Global Positioning System) video tour guide system delivering your school’s message to visitors, prospective and future students in a fun, entertaining and informative manner as they discover your college or university campus. The GPS Ranger can be programmed with unlimited content including documentary-like video, compelling audio, text, animation and still photography that is automatically delivered as visitors approach pre-determined locations. GPS coordinates correspond to points of interest or tour stops (halls, landmarks, facilities) throughout your campus. The system allows for daily updates such as today's activities and events, or time-sensitive announcements.

The GPS Ranger™ is a lightweight, rugged, water-resistant computer with a sunlight viewable screen. It can be made available to your visitors for a half or full day. Customize the Ranger to meet the needs of your orientation programs, family weekends or high school senior visitation events.
